6-year leadership and college access program - For high-achieving, low-income high school juniors - Begins with the LEDA Aspects of Leadership Summer Institute, a 7-week fully funded residential program at Princeton University between junior and senior year - Focuses on leadership development, academic writing, SAT prep, and building a supportive peer community - Scholars receive individualized college guidance through senior year, including application support, essay feedback, and financial aid advising - Once in college, LEDA provides four years of ongoing mentoring, leadership development, networking opportunities, and career guidance - Covers all costs for travel, housing, meals, and materials
