Ignis Mentis
How it works

Get the most out of Ignis Mentis

Four things to do in your first session. Each one builds on the last — start with step one and you'll have the full picture by the time you finish.

01

Find and save a program

Head to Opportunities and use the filters to narrow by category, cost, location, and deadline. When you spot one that interests you, hit the heart icon to save it. No account required to browse — but saving requires a free account.

02

Build your bulletin board

Your bulletin board is your personal workspace. Saved programs appear as tiles you can pin anywhere on the board. Add sticky notes for your thoughts, and college banners to keep your targets visible. Everything is private to you.

03

Track college applications

Open the Application Tracker and add every college you're considering. Set the application type (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular Decision), the deadline, and use the checklist to track essays, recommendations, test scores, and financial aid.

04

Read your academic progression map

The progression map shows every subject as a level-indexed path — not by grade, but by where you actually are in the material. Mark courses you've completed and watch the next steps unlock. Use it to plan which classes to take next.
